    Our courier partners are UPS, BJS, DPD & Royal Mail.

    You will receive a tracking number after your order has been processed by the warehouse within 1 to 2 working days. This means your order is ready in the warehouse for the courier to collect, the tracking number will be live the following day on the couriers website once the order has been collected from our warehouse by the courier.

  • Please note:

    If your tracking number on the courier website says waiting for stock this means the courier hasn't picked up from our warehouse yet. If after 2 working days from the day you received the tracking number, it is still saying waiting for stock, please contact us at orders@puruslife.co.uk

What to expect when placing an order

  • 1. Place order and receive email order confirmation

  • 2. Your order will be processed at the warehouse within 2 working days

  • 3. You will then receive your tracking number

  • 4. Your order is now ready for collection by the courier

What to expect on delivery

  • If courier is BJS (tracking number starts with B)

    1. The following working day the courier will collect the order.

    2. With in this time the courier will get in contact with you to schedule delivery.

    3. You must reply to the courier to accept the delivery date.

    4. The day before delivery the courier will give you a 3 hour time slot between 07.00-21.00 (if you don’t receive this please contact us)

    5. On day of delivery the courier will contact you 30-60 minutes before delivery.

    6. On delivery check packaging if damaged please mark on paper work and take photos.

    7. Please except delivery, as 99% of the time it’s only the packaging that is damaged.

    8. Before opening please check the packaging to make sure it’s the correct item and also the correct colour.

    To make changes or reschedule your delivery
    • To reschedule, make address changes or special requests please contact orders@puruslife.co.uk There could be additional charges depending where in the delivery chain the order is.

  • If the courier is UPS or Royal Mail

    1. The following working day the courier will collect the order.

    2. You can then track when your order will be delivered.

    3. On delivery check packaging if damaged please mark on paper work and take photos.

    4. Please accept delivery, as 99% of the time it’s only the packaging that is damaged.

    5. Before opening please check the packaging to make sure it’s the correct item and also the correct colour.

    To make changes or reschedule your delivery
    • You can not change delivery address. To reschedule delivery please contact the courier. There could be additional charges.
    • The order can not be cancelled once the courier has collect the goods from the warehouse. Please contact info@puruslife.co.uk and do a returns request. There could be additional charges.

In busy periods please allow up to 2 more working days for delivery.

How long does delivery take?

England & Wales: We aim to deliver with in 5 working days. Scotland: Can take up to 10 working days in some cases. Northern Ireland: Can take up to 15 working days in some cases.

How do I track my Order?

How much does delivery cost?

Mainland UK (England, Wales): Free on all orders

Do I receive a tracking code for my order?

Your order will be processed by the warehouse within 2 working days. Once processed you will receive a tracking number.

If being delivered by BJS the courier will contact you to schedule in delivery.

If being delivered by UPS or Royal Mail the tracking code will become live the next day.

Please note: it takes 1 working day for the courier to collect the goods after you have received the tracking code.

Do I get to choose a delivery date?

With large items such as desks and mattresses being delivered by BJS courier they will contact you to schedule in a delivery date.

Please note, you must respond to the courier.

What if I miss my delivery?

If you have booked a delivery date with the courier and are not in to sign for the delivery you will be charged £39.95 per desk, £19.95 per cabinet and £9.95 per any other item for redelivery or it will be deducted from your refund amount if you cancel the order.

Can I cancel my order once I have a tracking code?

If you wish to cancel your order once you have received a tracking number you will be charged £39.95 per desk, £19.95 per cabinet and £9.95 per any other item, it will be deducted from your refund amount.

Do I have to be in to receive my order?

Yes, someone over the age of 16 has to sign for delivery.

What do I do if I receive my order and the packaging has damage to it?

If you receive a package that has damage to the outside of the packaging please inform the courier to make a note of the damage and then also take photos before opening so we can make sure you get a replacement for no additional fee if the product is damaged as well.

We use AAA rated packaging so mainly it is just the outer cardboard that gets damaged only. If your product does have damage please email info@puruslife.co.uk as soon as possible with photos of the product and photos of the damaged packaging and a brief description.

Can I choose my order to be assembled on delivery?

We do not currently have an assembly option.

Can I choose what room my order is delivered to?

We currently only deliver to the front door. If you live in a flat we can only up 2 flights of stairs if there is no lift.

When do I get my order if all or some of the products was on pre-order?

Items in-stock will be sent out as usual.

Items on pre-order will be shipped out on the expected due date, we will keep you updated on any changes made to the expected due date and you will have the option to get a full refund if you no longer want the product.

Will my Order be delivered to my front door if I live in a block of Flats?

The courier will only deliver to your front door if there is a fully functional lift in operation. If there is no lift in the flats then the courier will only deliver the product to the main entry door/reception of the flats.
